    Eye exercises for good vision

    The following eye exercises can help to bring energy and blood to the eyes, and drain away toxins or congestion.  

    Do the exercises sitting or lying down comfortably on your back. Repeat each exercise 9 or 10 times with eyes open.

    1 Move the eyes from left to right.
    2 Move the eyes from top to bottom.
    3 Move the eyes diagonally from bottom left to top right.
    4 Move the eyes diagonally from top left to bottom right.
    S Move the eyes around clockwise.
    6 Move the eye around counter-clockwise.

    Rub the palms of the hands together till warm and then place over the eyes. Relax for a minute or two.

    Repeat the above exercises with eyes shut.

    Finish by placing warm palms over the eyes again, relax and allow fresh qi to revitalize the eyes.
