As a Yoga expert, we are excited to invite you to Nava Health & Vitality Center for a special presentation on ” How Nava’s integrative approach can enhance the practice of Yoga: Balance, Harmony, Recovery and Individual Growth.”
Our Medical Director, Dr. Douglas Lord, and Director of Acupuncture, Tom Ingegno, will lead the presentation and Q & A session.
