    The tooth/organ connection!

It is well known in acupuncture that the whole body’s meridian network can be found on the ear. Auricular acupuncture treatments are popular for a wide variety of diseases. But did you know that our body is also represented by our teeth? Although weak gums and teeth in general are said to be controlled by the kidneys in TCM, there is also a distinct relationship between individual teeth and body organs and muscles. Each tooth corresponds to an acupuncture meridian. A weakness or ailment in a particular part of the body can manifest itself in a tooth problem, and vice versa.
