Qigong and Tinnitus
As an update to my post on tinnitus I thought I would share with you the following news:
Earlier this year several scientists in Germany performed a controlled study to determine the effects that Qigong, an important component of Chinese Medicine, might have in the treatment of tinnitus. Patients with tinnitus of more than 3 months duration undertook 10 Qigong sessions over a 5 week period. The results showed that there were no side effects and the severity of tinnitus had improved.even 3 months after the study was completed. It was found that Qigong could be a useful complement to tinnitus therapy.
