Hakini Mudra for memory and the lungs

I want to share with you a mudra that I have used on many occasions with great success to help me remember something I have forgotten, such as a person’s name, where I put my keys, why I just walked into my kitchen, what I was going to say or write next!!!! All it involves is placing the fingers together to connect energy pathways, and taking a deep breath.

Spread your fingers and place all fingertips together. This builds up energy in the lungs. Now raise your eyes slightly to look upward and place the tip of the tongue on the roof of your mouth as you inhale deeply. Let the tongue fall as you exhale deeply. That’s it. You should now remember what it is you wanted.

This finger position has been researched and has shown that it promotes the connection between left and right brain hemispheres and has proven useful for memory training and management courses. So go ahead and try it, and let me know how well it works!!! Now what was I going to do next?…………..
