    Bubble Blowing for Health

    Remember when you were a child blowing soap bubbles? Not only was it fun but it was therapeutic too!  Blowing bubbles is a great way to check your breathing and reduce stress. Take a deep inhale and exhale slowly as you blow out the bubbles. The more relaxed you are, the bigger the bubbles. If you are agitated or under stress, they will be smaller, even joined. See them as cells in your body. Relaxed breathing will help produce healthy cells. Try and focus your breath to blow only one bubble at a time. Imagine you are getting rid of a problem, negative thought or worry with each bubble that you blow. Watch it float away till it bursts. Breathe gently to calm the mind, control emotions and relax the body.
